Click on Tools then to Accounts next to open up all the email accounts that you have. As seen below.

Clicking on Accounts should give you the window below.

Click on the Mail tab at the top and then highlight kerrlake.com as seen above, then select Properties to the right. You should now see a window as seen below.

Under the General tab you should have the following items listed with these settings, if you do not have these specific settings change them to fit:

Mail Account - mail.kerrlake.com

Name - Your name

Email Address - username@kerrlake.com

Next click on the Servers tab at the top of the window. A window like below should appear.

Now the following items should be listed with these settings:

Incoming Mail Server - POP3

Incoming Mail - mail.kerrlake.com

Outgoing Mail - mail.kerrlake.com

Next check the username and password.

If password and username is correct select ok and exit out of all windows taking you back to the main Outlook Express window.
