Internet Explorer 3.x for Windows 3.1 Setup Instructions

1. Double click on the Microsoft Internet Explorer icon group within Program Manager. 2. Double click on the "Get on the internet" icon. 
3. Click next 
4. Select the "Manual" option and click next.
