Close this window then double click on TCP/IP and you should get this window

Click the Advance tab on this window and check all the settings there also.

Click on the DNS, WINS, and Options tabs, check all settings as listed in the next 3 pictures.

Click on the Propeties button on the Options tab and check these settings

OK your way back to Lake Country Online Properties and click on the sharing tab. Make sure their options look like these.
