TO REACTIVATE CUSTOMERS ON NATIONAL ACCOUNTS

Follow the same instructions for reactivating customers on local accounts found at http://www.kerrlake.com/support/reactloc.htm. However, you must also reinstate their account within the Support Control Panel uner the link for National Control Panel. To reative the customer in the National Control Panel, take the following steps:

  1. Click on the "National Control Panel" link from within the Support Control Panel.
  2. Click on OK or enter the username and password (found on the password list found in the Lake Country Online Technical Support Handbook) to access the National Conrol Panel.
  3. Click on the option for "Filter Search".
  4. The search criteria should be the customer's information. Double-check this information to be certain it is correct.
  5. Click on the option for "Filter Search".
  6. If more than one customer is returned from the search, select the customer for whom you want to make the change by clicking the circle next to the name and adding the dot.
  7. Click on "Plans".
  8. Click on "Edit" in the upper section uner the "Plan Description Section".
  9. Click on the Password section and enter the password for National Country Control Panel found on the password list in the Lake Country Online Technical Support Manual.
  10. Click on the box beside "Manually Suspend" to remove the check
  11. Click on the "Apply" next to the "Manually Suspend" line.
  12. Close out of the National Control Panel.
